Campus and Partnership Logos are distributed on an as-needed basis directly to the staff and faculty members who will be using these logos.

Should we only use our Campus Logo in communications?

No, you are not limited to just Campus and Partnership Logos if you work on those campuses. It is always permissible to use University Logos in your communications.
Are we getting rid of the word “Campus”?

While we have dropped the word “Campus” from the logos, the official name of the campus is still Round Rock Campus. In copy, it’s Texas State University Round Rock Campus on first reference and Round Rock Campus on second reference.
