Our Brand Review process provides a quick, expert check of your communication for editorial style and brand consistency. Whether you’re creating print pieces, digital assets, or campaign materials, our team helps you stay on-brand.

How it works:

  • Submit your files through our form
  • A senior designer and senior copy editor review your piece in our proofing system. Additional strategists may be consulted as needed.
  • In approximately three business days, you’ll receive an email containing a pdf with clearly marked suggestions.

What we review:

  • Logo usage and placement
  • Colors and typography
  • Required statements and compliance
  • Editorial style
  • Overall brand alignment
  • In most cases, no follow up submission is needed unless our team specifically requests it.
  • You can submit most marketing and communications materials, including but not limited to flyers, postcards, brochures, social graphics, videos, emails, digital ads, promotional merchandise. Brand reviews are most helpful for materials that are designed to engage or attract an audience, such as marketing or event promotions. Materials that are primarily transactional typically do not need a brand review, even if they include basic branding elements.

  • Canva templates are built to meet brand standards, so a review is not always necessary. However, if you’ve made significant changes or a unique design, we recommend submitting your design for review. To submit, download your design from Canva. (If the design has motion, be sure to download it as an .mp4.) Use the brand review form on this page to upload the file and submit it for a brand review.

  • Yes, you can upload multiple files via the form. The max file size the form can handle is 500MB total.

    • Documents: pdf, doc, docx, xlsx, pptx, rtf, csv
    • Images: jpg, jpeg, png, gif, bmp, tiff, psd, svg, ai
    • Video: mp4, mov
  • At this time, brand reviews are only available for English language materials. If you are creating content in another language, we recommend working with a qualified translator.

  • Brand reviews are typically completed within 2-3 business days from submission.

  • We will provide a detailed PDF with suggested edits. Your team is responsible for implementing those changes.

  • Usually not. Only resubmit if our team specifically requests a second review.

  • Required changes will address brand standards or compliance and should be implemented. Other recommendations are intended to strengthen clarity and consistency but may be applied at your discretion.
