This letterhead is not intended to replace official university letterhead. Use traditional letterhead ordered through Print Services for letters that need to be printed and mailed.

The file download is a Word document template (.dotx). You will need to change the footer information to include your department's title and contact information. Other than that, please do not alter this document.
