This letterhead is not intended to replace official University letterhead. Use traditional letterhead ordered through the University Print Shop for letters that need to be printed and mailed.

The file download is a Word document template (.dotx). You will need to change the footer information to include your department's title and contact information. Other than that, please do not alter this document.
