Statements that identify our commitment to equal opportunity, access, accommodations, and system affiliation may be required in your publications.

The Tobacco-Free Campus statement is no longer required. Please do not include this statement in your publications.
University System
The system statement declares Texas State’s affiliation with The Texas State University System (TSUS).
Print Usage
- Use the system statement whenever you’re using the Texas State University Primary Logo or the Round Rock Logo.
- The statement is not required on publications that are using only Academic and Administrative logos, TXST logos, or athletics logos.
- You must use the actual artwork. Do not simply type words.
- Minimum size is 1.5 inches wide.
- Use on the front cover of documents or publications.
- Use on front or back cover or inside front or inside back cover on documents with more than six pages.
- Use on advertisements and signage.
Digital Usage
- Follow the guidance above for digital signs such as those displayed in the LBJ Student Center.
- This graphic is not required on digital projects such as social media posts or graphics, digital advertising, or webpages.

- The long statement will appear on TXST websites through links in the global footer (the maroon footer controlled at the administrator level). It is not necessary for site editors to add the statement manually to each webpage in Gato.
Accommodations
If you require accommodations due to a disability in order to participate, please contact (sponsoring event phone number) at least 72 hours in advance of the event.
Print Usage
- Use this statement if your publication is announcing a university-sponsored event.
- A university-sponsored event is any event, on or off campus, that is hosted by a Texas State University department, college, center, organization, or another official unit.
- The statement may be included anywhere in the publication where it will be easily seen.
Digital Usage
- Follow the guidance above for digital signs.
- Use this statement on email invitations, webpages announcing events, and digital RSVP forms.
- This statement is not required on digital projects such as social media posts or graphics or digital advertising.
Information in Alternate Format
This information is available in an alternate format upon request from the Office of Disability Services.

List of Board of Regents and Chancellor
The list must:
- include the names and home cities of the current members as well as the student regent; the Chancellor's name is listed at the end and without a home city.
- be presented in the following order:
- Chairman
- First Vice Chairman
- Second Vice Chairman
- the remaining member names are listed in alphabetical order by the members' last names
- the student regent
- the Chancellor (note: no city)
Print Usage
- Include the Board of Regents list in any print publication that is more than six pages long.
- The list must not be displayed in type smaller than eight point.
- The list may be displayed in one column, multiple columns, or line listed.
- The list may appear on the inside front cover, inside back cover, back cover, first page, or last page of a publication.
