Canva Approval Process
As part of the TXST Canva for Campus platform, your designs will be reviewed and approved by the Division of Marketing and Communications using Canva’s approval system. Depending on the extent of your project, approval will be completed within 2-3 business days.
Print Project Approval Process
- Create your print project using one of our Canva templates.
- Click Request Approval in the upper right-hand corner, then the Select Approver dropdown.
- Choose from any of the designated approvers; a short note can be added.
- Awaiting Approval will appear, and you will be notified when your design has been approved.
- Approvers may request changes before the design is fully approved. You will need to resubmit for approval once you have completed these adjustments.
- Once approved, your design will be available for download and printing.
Digital Project Approval Process
- Digital projects are NOT required to be approved; however:
- Partners may request a review of a digital or social media graphic.
- To request a review from the Division of Marketing and Communications:
- Make adjustments to template as needed.
- Find and click Share in the top-right corner.
- Provide access to a reviewer.
- Digital templates are subject to a 2-3 day review time.
- Once your project has been reviewed, make appropriate changes and download by clicking Share and Download.
